Tucked away in the quaint and quiet village of Orford lies Aspen House, a hidden architectural gem on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Brimming with beautiful interiors, fabulous furnishings, and your very own hot tub (additional charges apply), this is the perfect paradise to escape to and enjoy!

Aspen House is a stunning holiday home for six guests and showcases the wow factor from the moment you arrive and is carried throughout the property. Its impressive architecture, combined with a natural and calming colour palette, interspersed with pops of bright blues, pinks, and oranges in the soft furnishings and artwork, creates the ideal setting for friends and family to come together.

At the heart of this home lies the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This light and bright room is the hub and boasts floor to ceiling full-length windows with sliding doors which lead out to the gorgeous, landscaped garden. There are three wonderful bedrooms available, and all have been perfectly put together to create a private oasis for your stay. The two lovely bedrooms on the upper floor catch a lovely glimpse of the river. Slide the doors open and enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony as the sun rises over the water and the sailing boats drift by.

If this wasn’t already enticing enough, there is a touch of luxury in the garden. Come back from a day exploring the local delights and take a dip in your very own hot tub (additional charges apply)!

The house has also has a mooring at nearby Butley Creek for guests who are bringing or hiring a boat, or wish to sail to the house.

Very pleasant, roomy, well equipped and quiet house located in characterful village with good amenities. Doesn't get over busy and plenty to do locally. Parking is a bit tight but the market place often has free spaces especially in the week.

We loved the house and location and really enjoyed spending New Year with you. The lounge area with the fire was perfect for the family to all be together and we enjoyed using the hot tub. It was great we were able to get access earlier than the arrangement and would loved to visit again perhaps in the summer
