One of the Gower’s oldest pubs is right on the doorstep, offering a range of great food. Just a couple of hundred metres from the cottage, the golden sands of Port Eynon Beach stretch along the bay. A scenic clifftop walk will take you over to Oxwich Bay Beach, 4 miles to the east. Local attractions include Oxwich Castle, Culver Hole, Port Eynon Salt House and King Arthur’s Stone, all within 5 miles, or you can head further along the coast to the thriving city of Swansea just 16 miles away.
Entering this delightful property, the hallway leads through to the main lounge/diner which is a great space for everyone to get together and relax, with patio doors allowing light to stream in from the garden. There’s an additional second lounge so there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The cottage has a spacious kitchen, with plenty of additional equipment in the utility room. There’s also a ground-floor WC. Upstairs, the first floor offers three cosy and tastefully furnished bedrooms, all decorated in light soothing shades: a double room and two king-size rooms, one of which has its own en-suite shower room. There’s also a refreshing family bathroom.
Outside, the pretty garden has been beautifully planted with a charming lawn and a patio area with a wooden pergoda and garden furniture, providing a lovely spot to get together and dine alfresco.
