Tucked away on a quiet road in the wonderful seaside town of Southwold, Olive Tree House is an utterly gorgeous home and a perfect setting to bring all your favourite people together. The exquisite kitchen boasts two double fridge freezers, two dishwashers and top of the range appliances. The dining table comfortably seats everybody together and the sitting area is perfect for piling on the large corner sofa with a good book or to watch movie in front of the roaring wood burner. This stunning home offers guests a wonderful social space to be together both inside and out. Swing open the bifold doors and enjoy beautiful breakfasts, lazy lunches, and delicious dinners alfresco in your private paradise. This area also comes equipped with your very own outdoor kitchen, so why not fire up the BBQ or get creative with some cocktail making for a truly unique experience.  

As if this wasn’t already enough, there are four wonderful bedrooms available with accommodation for up to nine guests. The master suite, located on the top floor is extremely special, with a sumptuous superking bed, his and hers dressing areas and an ensuite bathroom - it’s the perfect oasis to escape to. A further kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available alongside an elegant twin or kingsize bedroom and a triple bunk room and use of a modern family bathroom.  

Every part of this wonderful property has been carefully designed and chosen with a soft and neutral colour palette interspersed with pops of colour to create a warm and welcoming holiday home in the heart of Southwold.

GROUND FLOOR 
Open plan room with: Sitting Area: Large corner sofa, velvet snuggler, smart television with access to streaming services and wood burner. Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with double fridge freezer, two dishwashers, Neff induction hob, Neff double oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining Area: Large wooden dining table with pew and bench seating for all guests. Bifold doors lead out to garden 
Cloakroom: Washbasin and wc.  
Utility Room: 2 x Washing machine, tumble dryer, coat hooks, boot storage, cupboard storage and door leading to garden.  

FIRST FLOOR 
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bedroom, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and smart television with access to streaming services. Ensuite: Rainforest shower, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. 
Bedroom 2: Twin single beds, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe storage and armchair in bay window.  
Bathroom: Bath, rainforest shower, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail.  
Bedroom 3: Triple single bunk beds with trundle single bed, large chest of drawers, individual bedside lights and smart television with access to streaming services. Air conditioning.

SECOND FLOOR 
Master Bedroom: Superking bed, bedside tables with lamps, his and hers dressing areas, chest of drawers, armchairs, and desk for remote working. Ensuite: Large rainforest shower, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. Air conditioning.

Garden: Enclosed decked garden with dining table and seating, outside kitchen with BBQ, sink area and bar. Small, enclosed grass garden.  
Pets: 1 well behaved dog welcome but NOT upstairs (stairgate at the bottom of the stairs).
Parking: Private parking for two cars with plenty of off road parking directly outside too.   
Heating: Gas central heating.   
Notes: Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. Beach towels are not provided for the beach and swimming.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Our holiday at Olive Tree House was lovely. We were here for a birthday celebration with our children and their partners. The open plan kitchen diner lounge is a great social and comfy area for a large group as well as the outside space. The master bedroom is huge and bed very comfy. We had a great night dancing to a tribute disco band at the liRead morettle theatre (by the church) It was Jazz the night before. A walk (or ferry) over to Walberswick is a great day out. There are so many lovely pubs and shops in Southwold and Walberswick and the brilliant beach of course. Although only living in Norfolk we never tire of coming here. Would recommend staying at Olive Tree House and would return. Hide

A nice house. Lots of things that could be improved on mirrors near sockets. Better instructions for using the induction hob and better service from managed services when things went wrong. We have stayed in many rentals in Southwold over the last 15-years and would rate Olive Tree House as the very best. It is a first class rental, with everything you could possibly need. A perfect location for our family holiday! There were 7 of us, aged between 5 and nearly 75. The location was ideal, and the kitchen was fantastically well-equipped. I hope we can come again another year.

Beautiful house, very well equipped and furnished. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and there are many lovely furnishings in the house which really make it a home from home.
