Penwhine is a fabulous property located on the edge of the bustling village of St Merryn. Although set in a peaceful location, Penwhine is within walking distance to the villages local amenities including a delicatessen, pasty shop and renowned restaurants including Rick Stein's gastro pub ‘The Cornish Arms’ serving great food and local ales. The village is a great base to explore the surrounding coastline which includes the beaches of Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay and Padstow, all which are all located within a 3 to 5 mile radius. Why not give surfing a go at one of the many surf spots and great local Surf Schools. Head into Padstow and wander around the local shops and galleries in the picturesque fishing port, or dine in one of the many delicious restaurants such as Prawn on the Lawn or Paul Ainsworths Cafe Rojano. Penwhine is a great base to explore the Padstow area and its beaches. Relax and unwind in your own enclosed garden area and why not dine al fresco during those balmy evenings. Perfect for a family looking for a Cornish getaway.

Fantastic location with a garden that becomes a real sun trap when the weathers good. Plenty of space for families, including a large kitchen and dining table perfect for shared meals. The spacious driveway fits several cars and leads directly to the rear garden and house, making it safe and convenient for both kids and dogs. Very clean bungalow - little tired outside and no grass for our dog. All the mod cons were appreciated but location could have been better because of school drop off parking.
