Sea Breeze is a stylish three-bedroom detached house with direct access to Greatstone beach.  It has an enclosed garden with a table tennis table and a cabin with an inside drinks bar which is perfect for all the family to enjoy.  Two of the bedrooms have views of the 2 mile stretch of sandy beach which is perfect for swimming, building sandcastles and relaxing.  The property is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a seaside holiday and to explore the Romney Marsh area which is a unique landscape with a wealth of wildlife.  The flat landscape is perfect for walking and cycling on the coastal roads cycling routes.  

The property is detached with a spacious sitting room extending into a sunroom with doors opening into the garden.  The interiors are stylish with great attention to detail with comfy sofas and coordinating footstools.  The kitchen has been well equipped and leads into a dining room, which opens into the garden.  There is a useful utility room with a ground floor w.c.  Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with sea views and en-suite shower rooms, and a twin bedroom and family bathroom.  The outside area hosts a cabin which has been fitted with a bar and bar stools and 2 sofas and of course, not forgetting, a fridge!  You can dine under the pergola and relax in the sun or stroll through the garden gate onto the sandy beach, the choice is yours!  Sea Breeze has everything you need for a fantastic seaside holiday and much more.

Out and About:

Greatstone beach has 2 miles of sand and there are 2 golf courses a 5 minute drive away: Littlestone Golf Course is a Championship Links course that requires a handicap to play.  The second one is the Littlestone Warren Golf Course which is a pay and play course.  Both courses are cared for by the same team of greens staff and both share the same stretch of Romney Marsh land. The Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway is a 5 minute drive away and operates steam and internal combustion locomotives.  There is also a Dymchurch amusement park, the Dungeness Lighthouse and the Rare Breeds Centre near Hamstreet.  Port Lympne Zoo is a family favorite at Hythe, a 30 minutes drive.  There are many cycle routes throughout the countryside and coastal roads and also it is also great for walking.  The surrounding Romney Marsh is a unique landscape and a visit to the Dungeness National Nature Reserve is a great way to discover the wealth of wildlife that lives there. Mainline stations are Ashford (17 miles) or Folkestone (15 miles).  There is a Spar shop (open from 8am-10pm every day apart from Christmas Day) just along the road, a pub/restaurant (The Mulberry and the Jolly Fisherman).  A large Sainsbury's in New Romney, family butcher, green grocer, Cook shop, coffee shops and pubs.

We enjoyed a week at Sea Breeze over Christmas 2024. 4 adults and 2 children. Sea Breeze did not disappoint. We enjoyed this spacious property which is well equipped having everything you need for a great stay. The Christmas decs were a perfect addition with great taste and ideal for our little ones. The beds were especially comfortable and the bRead moreedrooms really good size. House was lovely and clean on arrival and the stair gates were perfect to keep our adventurous 2 year old safe! Plenty of hot water and heating for the cold winter evenings. We all enjoyed lovely baths looking out to sea. The cabin in the garden (and its heating!) was a great addition, we enjoyed coffee and cake in there after a brisk walk along the beach most mornings! Beach is so easy to Access through the gate at the back of the garden. Great communication with the owners before our holiday too! Think well be back! Hide

This house was perfect for a large family plus dog. It was well equipped and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was wonderful to lay in bed and watch the beach. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Very nice spacious cottage. Great for a family. Beach at the back of cottage not the best. Tide goes out a lot and then mudflats. Grandson could only go in at high tide and that wasn't always at a suitable time. Beach at Folkstone was good. A day out at country park in Hythe was nice and dog friendly.

The house was immaculately turned out and everything worked well. The layout was great for a family group of 5, including two children, with all one could wish for in terms of equipment and facilities.

Such a lovely house and very well equipped Loved the fact it was on the beach so great to go for a walk in the mornings with only a few dog walkers for company! Very easy to places of interest including Dungeness - the Pilot Inn is a must - and Rye. Also Demetrios at the end of the road is a good Greek restaurant the family are so friendly. A nice property located very close to the beach. A good sized kitchen and dining area with comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Nice touch having the cabin in the enclosed garden. Great for kids and a dog.

Property is in a good location with a Sandy beach beyond the garden. The tide does go out a long way but you can easily check from the upstairs windows when its in far enough if you plan to paddle or swim. Very well equipped kitchen. Sea Breeze is in a great location just yards from the beach where you can walk for miles. Spar shop a few minutes walk away and Sainsbury's a couple of minutes in the car. Property was very comfortable with plenty of room for a group of five. The new en suite bedroom was lovely and the 6 foot bed very comfortable. This is an ideal property. Maintained to a very good standard. Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms. It is equipped with everything you need and I wish that we could have spent more time there.
