Escape to the peaceful hamlet of Coombe and unwind in this rural retreat one bedroom annexe surrounded set within 13 acres and even more countryside. Little Coombe forms part of a barn conversion next to the main house on a small holding where the owners keep sheep, pigs and chickens. Enjoy walks along the river frontage, through the apple orchards and soak up the surrounding scenery, it’s the perfect environment to explore with your dogs.

Little Coombe is reachable by a narrow country lane and has a unique offering in it’s rural location, best suited to those looking for a relaxing break for Two. Property is located within easy reach of lots of surrounding areas including close proximity to Coastal areas.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Lounge/dining area with sofa, armchair, chest of drawers, TV with Amazon Firestick, small dining table and seating for two.  Kitchenette with double induction hob, microwave/oven/grill combi, fridge with icebox, kettle and toaster.  Narrow staircase leading to glass fronted mezzanine floor.

MEZZANINE LEVEL:
(Narrow staircase to) Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, two Velux windows.

(Steps down to) Bathroom: Corner bath with shower over, basin, W.C., double cupboard with shelves and tall cupboard with hanging rail.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
The garden forms part of the grounds the main property sits within, although not enclosed there are extensive views and space to explore. Small table and 2 chairs overlooking the pond and garden (the pond is not fenced). A charcoal BBQ is available for guests use. The tranquil garden is bordered by the River Tiddy. Parking available.

Pet Welcome: 2 dogs allowed. £25 per pet per week.

Lovely cottage semi detached to the main farm house, very kind hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The site itself is very quiet lovely location with livestock and lambs this time of year! Cottage was clean and cosy, cooking appliances were great for use and easy to operate. Cant fault the stay we stayed for 5 nights to visiRead moret the south coast of Cornwall. Highly recommend this little cottage if youre wanting to visit small local towns like Polperro and looe. Theres plenty to do and loads of recommendations in the hosts book for places to go and things to do! NOTE: if you own a lowered car or have a vehicle which is quite low to the ground I wouldnt recommend the access road to the cottage to be suitable , however this can be discussed with the hosts and would probably not be an issue for most cars/ all standard cars.
