The owner was super helpful with any problems we had. THe bungalow is very peaceful with great views across the the hills and is in the perfect position to explore the Isle of Purbeck, Swanage, Corfe Castle and more

We stayed at The Brackens for 5 days in October. The house was lovely. It had everything you could need. It's well situated between Corfe Castle and Swanage, just 5 minutes each way. Would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at the Brackens and as soon as you enter feels like home from home. The kitchen is a good social space with everything available to hand which leads out to a great outdoor space weather dependant. An overall good find. .

The Brackens was a lovely place to stay. We were an extended family of six: My wife and I, our son, our daughter and son-in-law, and their 3 month old baby. The living accommodation was spacious, allowing us our own space when needed. The house was clean and well equipped. The garden was beautiful. Fabulous holiday in a very well equipped and immaculately clean and decorated holiday home with everything we look for plus more. We stayed for a week with our grown up daughters and their partners. There is plenty of room to spread out or sit together. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue and bar area. We really appreciated the added extras on Read morearrival milk, fresh bread and cream buns from the bakery, plus the home has many more extra bits eg a fully equipped kitchen with, condiments, oil, tea and coffee, foil, grease proof paper etc, games and books, plenty of toiletries etc. None of us had anything negative to say. Beautiful home which was very well presented and comfortable, with everything you would need from cling film, plentiful utensils, to cotton buds and towels galore. The Brakens is a lovely home away from home. The kitchen and entertainment area is fully equipped with all you need and a large double door fridge plus a large gas BBQ outside with a wonderful outdoor seating area. The house was immaculate when we arrived and beautifully decorated with all you need and more. We spent a lovely week at The Brackens in North Instow, Dorset, October 7-14 2023. The property was immaculate, both in cleanliness and decor. Fabulous kitchen/diner. Plenty of parking at the front. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A proper home from home. Very well equipped with lots of unexpected extras. We had the pleasure of bumping in to the owner, who is a lovely, helpful lady. A lovely well equipped cottage with good outdoor space too. The towels could do with being bath sheet size but there were plenty of towels to use. We would recommend this cottage.
