Fantastic location within a very short walk of everything you need, with superb views from the lounge and both bedrooms. Very well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. I have been visiting Lynton and Lynmouth for over 50 years, and this lovely apartment is top of the my list of places I have stayed in.

The apartment's in a good location - within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants - with great views. It's tastefully furnished and decorated with interesting artwork and is comfortable and well-equipped. We had an enjoyable week's stay in March/April with good weather.

We loved this property with its fantastic views over the Bristol channel. It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is great, very close to the town with shops, pubs and restaurants. It's also very near the funicular railway connecting to Lynmouth and the cliff top walk to the valley of the rocks. A beautiful scenic area.

Lovely apartment, fantastic views, plenty of space, with the added advantage of a lift. Not the best place for severely disabled.

Fantastic location with amazing views and a bonus of having parking. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area to visit. Lynmouth just a short walk away and if you don't feel like walking back up the hill you can get the cliff railway.

What a stunning apartment . View was incredible, got up early most days for the amazing sunrise. Definitely going again. Lots of restaurants to choose from that are only minutes walk away and Valley of the Rocks just 20mins along the cliff path!.

The apartment has a super position with great views over the bay. It is well designed and equipped and the heating and drying facilities all worked well. The lift to the second floor was very welcome with heavy luggage. Parking was never a problem. The flat is only a short walk from the centre of Lynton, where there is a good selection of pRead morelaces to eat. Lynton is a great centre for some spectacular walks along the coast and I don't think we could have chosen a better place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends. Hide

Penthouse Channel View was the perfect place for our short break in Lynton. The location is excellent just off the centre of Lynton and in a very quiet spot with superb views over Lynmouth, along the coast to Foreland Point and across the channel to South Wales. The apartment is on the second floor of a large building - probably a former hotel - coRead morenverted into several apartments, and is accessed by stairs and a lift. The lift proved a godsend for transporting our luggage on arrival and departure. The apartment has been well maintained, is comfortable and has every convenience you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with the usual appliances and, to our delight, a Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino Milk Frother! Our stay at the end of November 2023 coincided with a cold spell but the electric wall mounted heaters kept us comfortably warm. We also had plenty of hot water for showers etc. There is ample parking in front of the building in marked out bays. The walk into the centre of Lynton takes about 5 minutes up a fairly steep incline. The walk down the zig zag path into Lynmouth takes about 10/15 minutes if you dont stop to admire the wonderful views on the way down. Or you can take the bus or the cliff railway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lynton and in Penthouse Channel View. Its definitely somewhere we could recommend to friends for a nice quiet, peaceful stay in lovely surroundings but close enough to shops, restaurants etc that you didnt need your car for everything. The property is beautiful and in a lovely location with stunning views. We loved the living room upstairs with all the games, books and films you could ever need. We didn't use the lift, but I'm sure people find it very useful.
