The second bedroom is a twin, which can be converted to a Superking on request and is serviced by the main bathroom. The well equipped kitchen/dining area offers table seating for 4, plus another small balony and has everything you need to enjoy your well-earned break. The main living area is on the top floor, with comfy seating, Smart TV, toys. Both bedrooms and the living room enjoy uninterrupted coastal views.
The village of Lynton is a short stroll away and offers a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as the famous Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, the world's highest and steepest fully water powered railway which links the two villages together. Lynton is also the smallest town in the UK to have a full-time cinema, seating 68 people at a time. Access to the South West Coast Path is within walking distance. Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde all offer large clean, sandy beaches, perfect for family summer days and can be reached by car in under 45 minutes. For families there is a wide range of National Trust walks and attractions, plenty of riding stables, Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Theme Park, Lynton & Barnstaple steam railway and Combe Martin wildlife park within a short drive.
