The Stables is a lovely cosy, comfy retreat from the world. Surrounded by countryside and sheep, it's so peaceful. A welcome slice of sanity, and just what I needed! Rosemary the owner, is very kind and helpful, I can't wait to go back. in fact I've already booked to go again in August. Can't fault it in any way.

For us the second time at the Stables. Two years ago we fell in love with the house and we still are! The house is built with love and eco-friendly. It gives you everything you want. And the view is absolutely stunning. We have seen beautiful places again in Kent and Sussex, but some days we just stayed at home with a book and the views. The owner,Read more Rosi, is very kind and helpful and gave us a beautiful bouquet as a welcome. Hide

We had a lovely stay at the stables and the view was stunning indeed. Feels like you are in Pride and Prejudice. The Owner was a dear hostess and surprised us with fresh fruit from the garden. The house was one of the best we have ever rented.
