Stairs from the hall lead down to the basement level, where a handy utility room, games room and further double bedroom can be found, this is a perfect area for a couple or a teenager to have some space from the main house, and benefits from a fully fitted bathroom and garden room with access to the lawned garden area, with patio furniture.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power & Heat: Gas central heating. Starter packs for the log burner can be purchased through the housekeeper before arrival, approx £9 per pack.
