Only issue we had was with the back door which was quite difficult to open.

Well thought out with lots of good important touches, such as a shelf in the shower and a decent light over the bathroom mirror that actually illuminates your face. Good standard of finish throughout. It would not have been practical without the parking space at the allotments.

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Starboard. The cottage is very small, but big enough for 2 adults and a dog. It is ideally located in the centre of Holt and parking is only a very short walk away. It has been designed well and is well-equipped - the bed is very comfy. We had some issues with the hot water which we made the owner aware of and which hopefulRead morely have now been addressed. Whilst generally very clean, the outside of the shower was a little dirty, as were some of the crockery items. Whilst the welcome pack was nice (local products) we would have preferred some essential items eg milk, bread extra loo roll etc. Hide

Compact open plan cottage but everything you need for a short break for two. Great location for wandering around Holt and only short drive from Cley & Blakeney.

We had a lovely week in no 3 Starboard. The cottage was big enough for two and our little dog. It was clean and comfortable and the little garden ideal. The rainfall shower was very good. The little coffee shop opposite the cottage sells gorgeous coffee .

This is a very nice property in a fabulous location - close to Holt High street but nice & quiet, the cottage is small but the space has been well used, although our dog did struggle with the open staircase. Heating & hot water were plentiful - very important during our chilly November stay!

Lovely cottage ideally located in Holt close to shops, eateries and public transport. It is small but suited the 2 of us perfectly. Nicely renovated inside & very clean. The en suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle with rainfall shower; very nice. When we arrived there was a welcome basket awaiting us containing some lovely Norfolk products: biRead morescuits, jam, apple juice & popcorn. Hide
