At the entrance to the cottage is a small conservatory, which is a sunny spot to sit with a morning cuppa or enjoyable book, and on warmer days take advantage of the bench outside. Upstairs are double size and single bedrooms and a lovely, modern bathroom. The property is also filed with quality paintings and artwork of local landscapes throughout the cottage. Just around the corner from the High Street, everything you could want is at hand. Here you will find great delicatessens and artisan bakeries, antique galleries, fashion shops and a host of café culture, pubs and restaurants all within a few short steps of the cottage. Holt is a discovery in itself, but it is also a great starting point for exploring the rest of the glorious Norfolk coastline, with its charming coastal villages, such as Sheringham and Cromer only a few miles away, with fabulous coastal walks and more hidden treasures.
