Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided upon request. Can also be hired - see hire page.

Please Note: Adult supervision on the balcony area at all times. The building next to 5 Admiralty Court is The Boscarn pub which has a nightclub licence on Friday and Saturday evenings; and although it is soundproofed, guests may hear varying levels of noise from music and from customers using the pub. Not suitable for people with mobility restriction.

Lovely flat with everything you need and fabulous position and views. Parking is tight, but acceptable. The stairs keep you fit!! Recommend.

Couldn't be in a better location with three double rooms and facilities to provide all you need. Apart from wonderful views of Looe beach and being next to all that Looe has to offer, which is many restaurants & pubs etc, it gives easy access to many other great places to visit in Cornwall.

This is our third visit and we keep coming back for its fantastic location, lovely views. Less than a minute to the beach, as well as being perfectly located for wonderful restaurants. Once we park our car on the first day we do not use it again until its time to go home, as everywhere is easily accessible.

The view and location are to die for. Very spacious property, although the stairs are not for the very unfit. Would I go back, yes, would I recommend to friends , and already have. Lovely holiday.
