Whatever your interests there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance: Through courtyard into the entrance hall with tiled floor and open to the dining kitchen. Shoe rack.
Lounge: A comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach taking in the sea air. Cosy up on the three-seater and two-seater sofas. You will find stylish furnishings including occasional tables and lamps, Smart TV with Freeview, a lovely feature inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.
Kitchen/Dining Room: An extremely stylish room with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large wooden table seats six on four chairs and a bench. In the chimney breast, there is a wonderful cocktail area with everything you would need to make cocktails, including instructions, you just need to provide the alcohol! Here you will find a storage cupboard with hooks for coats and a large fridge freezer. The kitchen area with its contemporary black and white theme has a built under double over with gas hob and hood over. There is plenty of storage and worksurface to make wonderful meals with local Yorkshire produce. An Alexa provides the entertainment.
Shower Room: Off the kitchen is this bijou shower room with separate shower cubicle, vanity wash basin, corner WC with corner cupboard above, mirror and heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR
Bathroom: This stylish room has a P shaped bath with curved glass screen and thermostatic shower. There is a matching white WC and washbasin with a lighted mirror over. The free-standing cupboard provided all the storage you could need. In here you will find the laundry cupboard housing a washing machine.
Bedroom One: this elegant room boasts a king size wooden sleight bed with two matching bedside cabinets and lamps. The antique style dressing table with mirror over provides plenty of storage along with the two built in wardrobes. The original cast iron fireplace is the final piece to enhance this lovely room.
Bedroom Two: This room has a single bed with pull out bed beneath which you can make use of if you wish. There is a bedside table and lamp plus a built-in wardrobe and storage unit. The storage chest and another original cast iron fireplace completes the nautical themed room.
SECOND FLOOR
Steep steps with door at the bottom.
Bedroom Three: This spacious room, lit by two Velux windows has a king size bed with two bedside cabinet and lamps, a dressing table with mirror and stool and a wall mounted TV. Built into the eaves is a clothes storage area.

Parking: Free on street parking at the property on a first come first served basis.
Front Courtyard: To the front is a slate paved courtyard with potted plants and a seat
