This is a truly unique cottage that we absolutely loved. The tranquil and remote location in the middle of the mountains with our own private stream were exactly what we needed for a complete 'reset'. We are a family of 4 with a 13yr old and 10yr old who loved spending time in nature and summiting Snowdon! We'll definitely be returning! Thankyou

Excellent property in a remote and gorgeous location, in the mountains of Snowdonia with walking from the door, and friendly sheep all around - we even had great weather for the week! The cottage is traditional stone, cosy and is well equipped for a week away, with comfy beds and a good shower at the end of the day. There were just the 2 of us anRead mored it had plenty of space with a double and a twin/2 singles room so ideal for a couple with kids, but no dogs permitted. As some have mentioned, the driveway is a tad hairy but with an Audi Q5 we had no problems though anything bigger might be a challenge. A really great week with lots to do within a modest driving distance, but if the hills call you there are an abundance close at hand - a tremendous break away. Hide

Difficult to fault this smashing cottage in the heart of Snowdonia. Well equipped, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views. Stream with water slides just outside the garden gate and the occasional feral goat visitor. However not a good choice unless you are a confident driver - the unsurfaced track is steep and very narrow in places.

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely cottage, in its unsurpassed location surrounded by mountains, views of mountains and sheep. It is the perfect place for peace and relaxation, with many opportunities for walking nearby. There is a mountain stream just behind the garden with a tiny rock pool where you can immerse yourself if the weather is Read morehot. The cottage is extremely well positioned for drives to many other beautiful and interesting places in North Wales. The track to the cottage is quite rough and narrow so you need to drive carefully on the way up to and down from the cottage. The absence of wifi is a blessing and the mobile reception is good enough to make phone calls and check things on the internet. Hide

This cottage is a charming place, steeped in warm family history and set in the most idyllic of landscapes. Every single window offers breathtaking views, especially the ones from the back of the cottage that look up at Cwm Glas Bach and Clogwyn Station! There are so many hiking options directly from the door of the cottage, including a (challengRead moreing!) route directly to the summit of Snowdon.
