Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very accommodating with car parking. Beautiful property, amazing views. Really nice pub in walking distance that had literally reopened a few days prior, after refurbishment. Would definitely recommend

Lovely spacious & well equipped cottage. Decent sized bedrooms and shower rooms. Friendly & helpful owners. Quiet countryside location with field views (hence the name, I guess!) but easy access to the North Norfolk coast (Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The-Sea, Blakeney, Sheringham, Cromer etc.) and also Sandringham & Kings Lynn. Fakenham (with some majoRead morer supermarkets) only a few minutes drive away, so easy to stock up on supplies as required. Hide

This is a very spacious cottage which was warm and comfortable for our short stay (2 nights). The downstairs bedroom and bathroom facilities were very good for people with mobility issues. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook up a feast for our family gathering (excellent pans and no shortage of crockery etc). The food treats were most apprecRead moreiated - many thanks to the owners, who were excellent at communicating before and during our stay. We didn't explore the garden but did enjoy the views of the geese in the field beyond. Hide

I have stayed at many properties through holiday cottages and this one is the best to date. Impeccable in every way, it is so well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We were 6 adults and the house was plenty big enough for all of us and ideally located in a rural spot but close to amenities.

The house is large, comfortable, very well presented and extremely clean, with one of the best equipped kitchens we've seen. The downstairs bedrooms (with views over the garden and fields) and shower room are ideal for anyone less mobile. Location is wonderfully peaceful but only a short distance from places of interest: we visited Holkham and HougRead morehton Halls, Wells-Next-The-Sea and Holt, all around 20 minutes away. Weather was bad on one day but the house is so comfortable we were quite content to stay in. Add to this friendly and helpful owners, and we had the most enjoyable holiday. Hide

Very well maintained and spacious. Nice views to rear. Downstairs bedrooms very helpful for older people like us. Good location for coast (Wells) and equidistant from Cromer in the east and Hunstanton in the west all equally drivable. Easy parking for up to 2 cars so highly recommended. Be aware that on a couple of weekdays early mornings saw flyoRead morevers from Lakenheath jets which is noisy for a short while. Would definitely use again. Owners next door very friendly and helpful should issues arise. Hide

A really beautiful, spacious house with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is in a lovely quiet location but only a 20 minute drive to the beach which was perfect for us.

The cottage was much bigger inside than it looked from the outside, with plenty of room and seating in the two lounge areas and in the dining room. The 4 bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was bigger than expected from the online photos and very well equipped and clean. The staircase was especially impressive. Located in a peaceful setting with lRead moreovely views from back garden looking over farmland with sheep and geese. It was a short drive into Fakenham which had good facilities including 4 major supermarkets and some tourist attractions. Well-Next-The-Sea, Holt & Sheringham were within easy reach so, despite being in a very small village, we were never bored during our week's stay. A bus stop is close by from which you can take the bus to Fakenham, Wells, Hunstanton, Heacham or even to Kings Lynn. The owners were very friendly and, although they lived next door, it never felt intrusive. Hide

Exceptional spacious property, very well maintained, very clean and well kept. Our grand children loved the space and freedom to play hide and seek. The owners were very helpful and always ready to help.
