Lovely, well-appointed cottage, ideal for a couple and just a minute's walk to restaurants, pubs, shops etc. We stayed at a quiet time of year and even then finding a parking space was a lottery - can only imagine it's near impossible in summer!

Really nice little cottage, ideal as a base to discover Holt and further afield. However stairs are a little steep and can be difficult for older persons. Also there is space for a car to be parked outside, but this is somewhat of a lottery as a number of others do not have on street parking.

This was a beautiful, cosy, tastefully decorated historic cottage, in a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and were particularly touched by the gift bag of local products that greeted us on our arrival. A perfect place to spend Christmas in Norfolk.
