Southwold Central - the properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place - with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, a family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a mindful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach, Southwold Harbour and high street. The lighthouse, Adnams Brewery and St Edmund’s church in the town are great landmarks. There is also easy access to the common & golf course. Nearby footpaths & cycle routes take you down to the harbour with the summer-only foot ferry or walk bridge to Walberswick. Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
