A superbly-located, end-terrace property within easy walking distance of everything lovely Fowey has to offer. Close to the heart of the town, but in a quieter location, minutes from shops, pubs, restaurants etc, with particularly outstanding river views to enjoy from the top floor looking across rooftops to the Bodinnick Ferry and beyond. Set across three levels, North End House has plenty of space for a family or group of friends to enjoy sociable meals in the kitchen/dining room and evenings spent in the fabulous living room watching the marine activity on the river. Sometimes you may even see a cruise ship, a military vessel or a tall ship sailing by.   

Fowey is a wonderful base, with a wealth of things to see and do around the estuary. Beaches, historical sites, landmarks, gardens, houses and castles are all within easy reach. A walkers paradise, with its proximity to the South West Coast Path, and the opportunity to explore the estuary and surrounding area. Getting out on the water cannot be missed, Fowey is a magnet for sailors, and kayaking is a wonderful way to explore the estuary. Hire a boat, or take a escorted boat tour. The town has a great selection of small, independent shops and galleries lining its quaint narrow streets. You`ll be spoilt for choice if you want to eat out, with a wide range of options,  much of the fresh food and drink likely to be from only a few miles away. A beautiful area with lots to offer.

Bedroom 3: Small double bed (4') for one person , large chest of drawers, rocking horse.

SECOND FLOOR:
Living room: A spacious room with spectacular river views seen through several Velux windows which allow natural light to flood in. A large reclining corner sofa and 2 reclining armchairs with footstools. Freeview TV and DVD player.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Small enclosed courtyard garden with built-in seating area also accessible from the side path. There is no private parking at the property, but the nearest public car park is by the Bodinnick Ferry at Caffa Mill – PL23 1DF just a very short walk along the street. Weekly car parking tickets can be purchased using JustPark. It is possible to offload outside the property, but please be aware the streets are narrow and can be busy.

Power and heat: Gas and electricity included in the rent. Central heating throughout property.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Superb property. Great lounge upstairs with a huge sofa to get the family round and play games. Kitchen was great and lovely table to sit round for Christmas dinner.

Great location close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The room at the top is a real asset with great views and a lovely chill out space. Would work best for four adults with children rather than three couples in our opinion. Would stay again.
