Hollyhocks offers a farmhouse style kitchen/diner which is a generous space for whipping up some culinary delights and reminiscing after days spent exploring this beautiful coastline over a home cooked meal. With beautiful bespoke units, this well-crafted kitchen is a great space for prepping meals during your stay. To the front of this charming cottage is the sitting room which has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The light and airy space is made private with café style shutters at the front window.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a spacious shower room. The master bedroom is a generous room hosting a king size bed and you can open the shutters and look out towards the distant sea. Again, your privacy is in mind here with shutters at the windows. The second bedroom sits to the rear of the property, overlooking the rear courtyard garden. It is beautifully presented and hosts full size twin single beds, making this an ideal property for families and friends looking to holiday in this popular location.
Outside the cottage has a small front garden and, to the rear, a pretty, private, fully enclosed, courtyard style garden offering peace of mind to any visitors with young children. The gate has a high latch as added safety for young children. Garden: A private and fully enclosed courtyard sits to the rear of the property and can be accessed via the rear lobby, or via the shared access alleyway which leads from the front of the cottage to the garden gate between Hollyhocks and the neighbouring property.
Parking: private parking for one car to the rear of the property (no trailers or motorhomes).

Notes: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. The property can be accessed by a pretty arched front door or via the shared alleyway which leads to the private courtyard. Although parking to the front of the property is restricted during the Summer months loading and unloading is allowed making for easy arrival and departure via the front door.
Walberswick has over a thousand acres of open access heath and marshland, protected as an Area of Outstanding National Beauty. The RSPB Bird Reserve at Minsmere is a short drive away and the seaside town of Southwold is within strolling distance along one of the many beautiful walks in and around Walberswick or the foot ferry that runs during the summer months (please note: the Bailey Bridge footbridge connecting Walberswick and Southwold will be shut over summer 2021 for repairs) Within Walberswick there are tearooms, restaurants, two public houses, an art gallery, original crafts and gift shops.
