Shearwaters is a modern two bedroom cottage located in the seaside town of Seaton, situated at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, with the South West Coast Path and Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve.   This holiday home is a great base for families or couples looking to enjoy all that this fabulous part of East Devon has to offer. In addition to the town's attractions, the beautiful beach of Seaton is within a few minutes walk - grab your picnic and get ready to spend a day at the beach with your loved ones! 

GROUND FLOOR

Open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, delonghi coffee machine, electric oven and gas hob. Dining area with a table and four chairs and living area with two two seater sofas, flat screen TV and small set of tables. 

Downstairs W.C. with hand basin. 


FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Bedroom 2: Zip & Link Super king bed (made as singles on request), bedside cabinet with lamp and a large fitted wardrobe. 

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, W.C. and hand basin.

Garden Enclosed garden with seating.

Parking Allocated parking space for one large or two small cars. Cars would be parked one behind each other. Access to parking through an archway, height 7ft.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power & Heat: Gas and Electricity included in Rent. 

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

Shop: 0.2 miles  Pub: 0.5 miles

Notes - No Smoking. No pets allowed. WiFi Provided. Travel cot & high chair available on request at additional charge.

Very clean and comfortable cottage in a very convenient location., handy for local Tesco and for walking to the sea front, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Very well furnished with everything you need and lovely welcome pack. Owners have obviously given a great deal of thought and care to make a very good holiday home.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und der Supermarkt um die Ecke versorgt einen mit allem was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig, bis auf die Straenbauarbeiten manchmal.

The accommodation is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need in the kitchen, and a good bathroom and shower. Great location close to beach and supermarket.

Very clean property, so ideal for all amenities. Tesco, pubs and beach and Trams allt in walking distance are such a boon. Our third time staying, so love the place.

A tastefully decorated and convenient holiday let with a generous welcome pack and close to all amenities (Tescos almost next door!) We didnt use the car all week, either walking to Axmouth and Beer or catching buses further afield to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, also a tram ride to Colyton.

Spotlessly clean and tidy. Decor is nice and the property is very cosy & comfortable. Great location with an easy walk into the town centre. The beds were the most comfortable ones we have ever encountered in a holiday let. The description of parking for 2 cars maybe should stress 2 SMALL cars and point out that its one behind the other. My car tooRead morek up more than two thirds of the space, no room for a second one. Hide

Lovely comfortable place to stay, sorry we only had four nights here. We will definitely be back. Welcome tray of wine, crisps and biscuits was very thoughtful. Seaton is a good base to travel to the numerous beaches along the Jurassic coast. Recommend the ship in Axmouth for Sunday lunch and Seaton fish bar for fish and chips.
