Dining hall: Edwardian tiled floor, high ceilings with original coving. 8-seat dining table, access to bedrooms, kitchen, living room, main bathroom, and conservatory, windows to conservatory and patio, views on to garden area and Dartmouth.

Bright modern built-in gloss white units, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, electric hob, oven and extractor fan, plenty of storage space. 

Living room: Light airy room with original Edwardian parquet floor, decorative ceiling covings and large bay window with views on to patio. Two large comfy sofas, giant beanbag, small armchair and oversized ottoman coffee table. Feature fireplace with wood-burning stove, book case and side tables. Large collection of books and board games and modern astronomical telescope. Large format TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Freeview and iPlayer. Original triple aspect opening French windows allowing access to patio and views.

Main bedroom: 
Original boarded floor, Super-king brass bedstead, Italian boule-style feature double wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, en-suite shower, double windows with views fitted with full-height blackout blinds.

Double bed, wardrobe, en-suite shower, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: 
WC, bath and wash basin.

Conservatory: 
Large conservatory with wicker sofa and coffee table, views to Dartmouth town and river. Triple sliding/folding doors to patio, tumble dryer, decorative lighting.

Garden & Parking: Patio and garden area with high level view to Dartmouth town and river, garden table, chairs, 3 metre cantilever parasol, gas barbeque. Private parking for one car.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome: Maximum of one pet accepted at £25 per pet per week.

Power & Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
