Buss Creek Cottage is a sophisticated and stylish property situated just a short stroll from Southwold beach, promenade, and quirky Pier. Styled with ultimate comfort and convenience in mind, this coastal self-catering bolthole has everything you could need with so much attention to detail. Bright and airy, the ground floor is a super sociable space for bringing your party together and comprises of a wonderful kitchen/dining area with contemporary integrated appliances and a sumptuous sitting room which can be opened to the kitchen/diner or why not shut the doors for a cosy movie night in. The generous garden leads off from the kitchen and has a spacious patio area to enjoy some alfresco dining, plus a lawned area perfect for children to play on. The ground floor is completed by a shower room/utility area.

When it is time to recharge those batteries after a long day in the sea air, upstairs you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom. The master hosts a king size bed, there is also a cosy double room, and a further twin room.

The property is located close to the exceptionally popular Pier area of Southwold, close to the prom and pretty pastel painted beach huts. This is perfect if you are looking for a holiday home on the Suffolk coast, close to the beach, town’s amenities and easy access to the many footpaths across the marshes.

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Overall a good and comfortable property. However, the small double room is cramped and lacks storage space.

Great location for both the beach and the town. Incredibly well equipped and a perfect sized, secure, garden to relax in at the end of the day. Parking right outside the property was no problem at all.

Really warm and comfortable property within a short walking distance of the main town and beach and pier, located in a really quiet area. Lovely little park a 2 min walk from the house too which is great if visiting with children. Very well equipped with comfortable beds, cosy sofa and a nice garden to enjoy too.
