Pool and Valley View is one of a select group of seaside apartments overlooking Mawgan Porth, on the outskirts of Newquay. This apartment offers the best of both worlds with a communal swimming pool shared only with only the other apartments (available May-September) and two tennis courts to use. Situated in Mawgan Porth, explore the nearby beaches, coastal paths, local eateries and independent shops. Be sure to visit the Japanese Gardens and Bedruthan Steps National Trust café offering beautiful coastal walks. The Merrymoor Inn, just a short walk away is a perfect place for dining out. 

Apartment is on one floor:
Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, electric hob, fridge/ freezer, washing/dryer, microwave, sandwich toaster, NutriBullet and slowcooker. Dining table and chairs. 

Lounge: 43' TV, FreeSat, reclining corner sofa.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), clothes storage.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), clothes storage.
Bathroom: Bath with shower off mixer taps, basin, w.c, heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: Balcony with lovely views over the valley, two chairs with patio furniture. Shared open lawned area. Use of shared outdoor heated pool, open May to September inclusive, sheltered, enclosed, sun trap, pool area. Tennis courts are available free of charge, racquets provided. Parking area across the road from the apartment; One designated space.

Changeover: Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.
Pets: This property does not accept pets. 

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters throughout; electric heated towel rails in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and one towel per person provided (please bring your own beach and pool towels).

Lovely apartment, well equipped for a small family. Europa Court is a great place to stay in Mawgan Porth, would highly recommend.
