Situated on the second floor of The Maltings, a listed former grain mill. BayView offers 3 bedroomed accommodation boasting unrivalled views across Budle Bay and towards Holy Island. 200m access on foot to a beach pathway directly to beautiful Bamburgh Village (3 miles south). Explore the stunning Northumberland coastline, castles, islands and eateries. Enjoy the antics of migrating birds in Budle Bay all year round, and the incredible changing sea and skyscapes from one of three bay window seats in the living room. Beachcombers, walkers, golfers, photography and bird enthusiasts all love the area. For the energetic ... kite surfing in the bay is also a possibility!

Accommodation is on one level on the second floor via lift access.

Open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob and extractor. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, integrated fridge with freezer box and coffee machine. Dining area with table and seating for 4 people. Lounge area with a four seater sofa, a snuggle seat and far reaching views from three windows. Flat screen TV, selections of games and books.

Bedroom 1 King size bed with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, TV, en-suite bathroom has bath with walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 Twin beds, fitted wardrobe and window seat.

Bedroom 3 King bed fitted wardrobe and window seat.

Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

Outside space Wooden picnic tables are available to use in a communal lawned space.

A wonderful location. Alive with bird life. Avocets at breakfast time was amazing. The ebb and flow of the tide made for much interest. 9 hares in the local fields ! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds comfortable and the place a delight to be in So much to do and see. Including Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, Farne Island trip, AlnwicRead morek Gardens, Craster kippers, Howick House and Gardens and endless sandy beaches. An absolute delight to be in Bayview in wonderful Northumberland. Hide

An extremely comfortable apartment in an excellent location perfect for visiting the many beautiful towns and villages along the Northumberland coast. The accommodation was very clean and has great views from the main bedroom and living room of the bay.

Excellent location and well equipped apartment. Loved the comfy window seats, it was a real treat to have such a fantastic view. The owner provided such a lot of detailed info and was always in touch, we couldnt have asked for more.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and well equipped and nice little welcome packs in the kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of wardrobes and drawers. Wonderful views onto the ever-changing estuary with so much wildlife to spot. Exceptional information and advice from the owner, Alison, who really helped as mRead moreuch as she could. This apartment is in a beautiful place and faces onto the ever-changing scenery of being near a tidal waterway. The apartment is quite large and well equipped and 6 people can be comfortably accommodated. The owner also gets a 5 star rating from us because they are very attentive and available for any queries and have loads of local knowledge e.g Read moreduring our stay she highlighted the fact that Orcas had been spotted swimming by the the Farne Isles and boat trips were available. This apartment is a great base to explore Northumberland and if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. Hide

Excellent location for wildlife, access to beaches and castles. The views from the apartment of the bay with its spectacular wildlife and the Lindisfarne castle in the distance, are stunning. Bring your binoculars.

The apartment was great. Location ideal with fantastic views of the bay. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Lots of useful information both in the apartment and also from the owner. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. Would definitely recommend it and hopefully we will return.

The view is exceptional - and oh, those sunsets!! Absolute gem of a property overlooking the estuary and within easy drive to Bamburgh, Lindisfarne, Seahouses, and other local attractions. Our host could not have been more welcoming, informative, or supportive. There is a walk on the other side of the estuary, which is only open for a couple of Read moremonths of the year, but we saw numerous yellowhammers and hares. It was also full of bird life in the estuary, including Goosander and Curlew. This is situated in an absolutely beautiful part of the country and we hope to return at some point in the future. Hide
