Excellent cottage in a great location, very comfortable. Bring a torch though, extremely dark in the winter.

not suitable for elderly or people with mobility/sight issues. I had a fall in bathroom due to trip on step inside bathroom. stairs are shallow and non provision of upstairs toilet inconvenient. Property well positioned for Sandringham Estate etc which was our primary reason for selecting it but the downsides for us mean we will not be returning.
