This is a very good cottage in an excellent location to visit many interesting sights. The bungalow is extremely spacious and very well equipped. The owner lives next door and is very helpful. There are many leaflets and maps in the place which were very helpful as there are no longer any tourist information centres.

We stayed in this lovely cottage for a week in the February half term with our Grandchildren. The cottage itself is beautiful! Lovely comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and lovely conservatory with garden. This is a perfect stay as its very close to all the lovely sights and places to go, plus some great traditional pubs with fantastic food. A very generous welcome pack was provided at Swinton when we arrived for Christmas! The owners, Delores and Steve were on hand to explain the heating system which we needed, as the weather was getting cold! A very enjoyable and comfortable stay we had at Swinton. Thankyou, Clive Clare and Thomas.

A comfortable and spacious bungalow in a handy location for the coast and wider area. Warm and cosy in late November. The hostess was very helpful and amenable which we appreciated. We will only rent accommodation that does not allow dogs, so Swinton was ideal for us.

Swinton was a pleasant surprise. We stayed there at short notice after our original booking elsewhere was cancelled and were delighted to find such a clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious cottage. With the village being right on the A12, getting around was easy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. For the two of us it was very spacious and it was very well equipped. There are many lovely places to see/experience at short distance trom the accommodation.

A comfortable and well-appointed holiday home, with a sunny patio garden for sitting out. The house is in a very quiet location, but the proximity of the village to the A12 makes anywhere in Suffolk/South Norfolk easily accessible.

The property is well laid out with everything we needed for a week spent out and about. The location is a little further from the coastal towns than we had thought, but road connections are good so it made little difference.

Three generations recently stayed at Swinton. It is well furnished and equipped for a family holiday. Ideally situated for visiting all that Suffolk has to offer. The "treat tray" was much appreciated Lovely pub along the road.
