Bryn y Mor is a modern, newly built detached holiday home in a quiet part of Pennard village with beautiful uninterrupted views across Pennard Golf Club and out towards Cefn Bryn. Location and set up of the house was perfect for our annual family holiday - 6 adults, a 3 yr old and 2 1 year olds and a large Labrador. Comfortable and spacious. Generally well equipped and the local cafes etc were very friendly, and its dog heaven.

What an amazing property in a fantastic location. View across the golf course to Cefn Bryn just fabulous - in any weather! Great to have so many bathrooms and en-suites so everyone can shower after a day out or beach day. Garden is enclosed but not secure - my dog did not escape but I think it is a possibility. So many things provided from kitchRead moreen utensils to kids toys and an outside hose. Lovely areas to congregate and eat / cook. Hide

A wonderful location . We loved being able to walk to the beach and Pennard castle. The pub was also a convenient walk away and the Post office shop. Our ages ranged from 3 to 89 but all managed the walks. There was ample space indoors for the children to play with the bean bags and games provided. Lots of equipment outside as well for the Read morebeach. It is a good idea to bring slippers as shoes are not to be worn indoors to protect the floors. Hide

Lovely property finished to a very good standard and deceptively large. We were a party of six adults, one baby and a small dog and at no point did anyone get the feeling of being on top of each other . Its a luxurious property with every amenity, from coffee machines to wine fridge. Bathrooms and bedrooms all of a good size. Great location for eRead morexploring the Gower and the coastal path, nice setting overlooking the golf course Pennard castle. Great cottage, very relaxing quiet area, great to recharge. Beach across the road only 15 mins walk which was great for the dog. 2 pubs within walking distance. Views across the golf course amazing. Lots of beaches under 30 minutes drive from the cottage. This is not a party house as neighbours very close by but perfect to get away from it all.

The house is in an ideal position, all five of us agreed it was probably the best house we have rented in over 15 years. We were able to do three good walks from the house and an easy drive to the start of other good walks and places of interest. In the evenings watching the sun set from the balcony was wonderful. The house is a short walk from theRead more Southgate where we ate twice and we can recommend. Hide
