Saltdean is a village suburb to the East of Brighton. The countryside around the village is in the South Downs National Park and offers many footpaths and cycle trails. The Undercliff Walk runs from Saltdean to Brighton Marina and can be walked or cycled. The lively and vibrant city of Brighton is a short drive or bus ride away and offers many restaurants, museums, theatres and nightlife. The number 27 bus stops very closeby and is a 10 minute trip into central Brighton.
