A large covered balcony at the front of the apartment also offers brilliant views out over Lynmouth Bay and towards the Welsh coast. Situated on the coastal edge of The Exmoor National Park, Lynmouth and its twin village Lynton, joined by the famous cliffside Furnicular railway, offer great facilities including a choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and individual shops as well as a cinema, tennis courts and bowling greens. Surrounded by spectacular countryside which is home to a huge variety of flora and fauna (including the Exmoor red deer) and a choice of coastal and countryside footpaths all of which can be explored directly from the village. In addition exploring by car gives you access to many beauty spots including the Doone Valley, Tarr Steps and The Valley of the Rocks and for a complete change of scene the surfing beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe are within forty minutes’ drive.
Ocean View is a second floor apartment, with its sister apartment Harbour view directly underneath. There is a very spacious and comfortable open plan living area with two French windows leading out onto a full length canopied balcony offering river, sea and countryside views. The pristine kitchen is well equipped and a large dining area provides ample space for meals with family and friends. The large balcony provides a perfect place for breakfast, informal dining and enjoying a glass of wine whilst taking in the beauty of the surroundings. Two attractive bedrooms are on the same floor, a master bedroom with ensuite and and smart TV and a further twin room. A family bathroom completes the accommodation and makes this flexible for couples or families.
