The Cottage is Lovely, Scenery is marvelous I wake early and loved watching the sun come over the hill. There was everything we needed and lovely scones when we arrived. Weather was British, but didn't stop us enjoying it.

Fabulous cosy cottage in the perfect location. The views from the cottage windows are spectacular, you can sit in the hot tub and watch the sun rise ! Amazing experience. Owners nearby but never interfered other than a lovely polite warm welcome as we arrived. Very happy that we chose Pear Barn , wished we had stayed longer . We will be back .

A really lovely and clean and well present cottage in North Yorks that's only a short drive to Whitby and Robin hoods bay, good-sized beds with plenty of space for four people who want to enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of walking and seeing the sights.

Very rural location, but lots of attractions to visit within 30-40 mins drive. Scarborough, Whitby , were lovely busy seaside towns. We loved Robin Hoods bay , Goathland, Staithes, floss falls. Cottage was cosy, and so quiet, loved the hot tub and the enclosed garden. Met the owner during the stay very pleasant and helpful.
