You are sure to be impressed when you enter this delightful cottage, it boasts generous ground floor accommodation with two separate reception rooms, one is a cosy snug style room and the other a beautiful sitting/dining room with gas fire and a separate desk space should you need it. The kitchen offers the perfect space for whipping up a home cooked meal, though we wouldn’t blame you if you chose to return with fish n’ chips! Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom. Outside is a beautifully presented courtyard which is quite the sun trap and makes for a great space to dine alfresco or enjoy your morning coffee in the sea air. When it is time to recharge your batteries, two first floor bedrooms await, one with double bed and one with a low, small double bed (suitable for 1 adult guest) and one single bed.
Tucked away at the end of a no-through road, 42 Seaview Road means you will be nestled away from the hustle and bustle and yet all the fantastic attractions of Southwold are close by for you to enjoy at your leisure. Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats of long ago used to tie up. All properties have easy access to the beaches and town centre amenities by road or the various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well stocked village stores as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and friendly bar.
