Situated in an ideal location just a stone's throw from the centre of St Ives where you'll find ancient local pubs, trendy cafes, Barbara Hepworth Museum, the iconic Tate St Ives and Sculpture Garden. Enjoy the far reaching sea views from the main bedroom and the lounge, on your own balcony to relax and unwind on. This well- furnished property is light & airy, covering the first and second floors. Within easy reach of the town, harbour, beaches and the countryside. This two story apartment is the perfect location to enjoy and explore all that St Ives has to offer.

GARDEN & PARKING: Decked balcony leading from lounge, with furniture and sea views. Designated parking space for one vehicle - Turn left before you reach the building, Left at the garages and the parking area for number 26 is at the end of the garage block on the right hand side. 

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Gas central heating throughout. 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Pets Welcome: Maximum one; £25 per week.

This is a great place to stay in St Ives. Close to everything, albeit up a steep hill home, but still peaceful. The view over Porthmeor Beach was great. Very clean, great communictaion and easy to get in. The parking space was great, we have a Mini Countryman and it fitted no problem at all.

Apartment decor is well past it's best in need of good redecoration. Far from overlooking gorgeous sandy beach as described.

The holiday websites don't show the bathroom or all the steps leading up to the property. Which is very misleading. For over 1 000 a week the property is very bad value . On a positive note the beds and towels were very clean and it was well equipped.

It's a great location, with a good view of the island from the bedroom and can see into the town from the balcony. Sun in the morning and early afternoon on the balcony, then on the back later. It's a pretty quiet location, very relaxing. It's a bit of a climb up the hill, but that's the case with many places in St Ives. It's well worth staying heRead morere, this was our second time, and I suspect we will stay again. Hide

You need to be very fit to stay here.Very steep walk up to accommodation & further steep steps up to 2nd floor apartment which needs some TLC

We arrived on the Friday night after a nightmare journey of 9 hours from London. It was great to find everything was spotlessly clean and the basics had been provided, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc. After the terrible weather we have had we were really lucky to arrive and enjoy hot and sunny weather and it was great to have the large balcony to eRead morenjoy breakfast and watch the sunset with the wonderful view of the sea. I could go on and on but just to say that we will definitely be booking this property again and I would highly recommend it if you are going to visit St Ives. Hide
