No. 8 is a penthouse apartment on the third floor of St Catherine’s Court located on the stunning Esplanade just moments from Readymoney Cove and the South West Coast Path. Whilst there are several flights of stairs to climb, once inside this gorgeous apartment you’ll be wowed in more ways than one. With the most spectacular views from the balcony there’s so much to catch your eye. The river is a hive of activity during the year and with glorious open sea views one way and estuary views the other, enjoying a cool glass of fizz watching the sun go down will be a pleasure.

Styled in a boutique hotel fashion, soft velvet fabrics and a vivid palette of colours create focal points of interest and the panoramic vista is to die for! Two sophisticated bedrooms offer comfortable beds and soft linen. The en suite to the master bedroom has a spacious shower and there is also a contemporary bathroom with a bath and basin. Perfectly fitted out for a romantic couple’s holiday, No. 8 would also suit two friends together catching up on life or a family with an older child as there is plenty of space for all.

Lovely apartment, very clean, finished to a very good standard with everything one might need while on holiday. Stunning views and close to the restaurants, pubs and shops. Parking space right outside the building a real bonus. Would highly recommend.

Its a lovely apartment, very well presented with all your needs catered for. The owners have thought of everything. Its perfectly located and the parking is a bonus. We would definitely book the apartment again.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable holiday accommodation. The parking was really convenient, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its great view. The location is ideal, just a short distance from town. The welcome pack on arrival was a thoughtful touch.

Definitely those for mobility issues a struggle to carry luggage up so many stairs, the views were great the apartment was clean and comfortable and well equiped. The added bonus of private parking.

Great apartment and fantastic views across the estuary, well worth the 61 steps from road level. Apartment appointed to high very standard matching the views from the balcony. Unable to sit out all of the time due to the cool sea breeze. Foweys a great base to explore the delights of Cornwall.

A lovely warm comfortable apartment with amazing views of Fowey harbour and out to sea. There are about 60 steps leading up to apartment but we did soon get used to the climb and the view more than compensated for it.

Fabulous view and very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a relaxing break. Great location. The only downside is the 60 steps up to the apartment as no lift. 4th visit and loved every minute.
