Parking
Due to the convenient proximity from Torquay town centre and the local bus and train links, a car is not necessary. For guests bringing a car, you will find unrestricted free public parking along the high wall side of Warren Road. You can unload outside the apartment.

Location
From its idyllic harbour-view setting, the modern residence offers easy access to the scenic Rock Walk. With the Abbey Sands bars and restaurants to savour (including Le Bistrot Pierre) and the classic family stretch of Torre Abbey Sands on the doorstep, the location offers everything you need for enjoying a timeless Torquay break.

Getting Here
The holiday retreat is best suited for those using public transport. A frequent Bus service from the
Strand is a 5-10 minutes' stroll away (along the harbour side), whilst Torquay Train Station is a short taxi ride/ 15 minutes' stroll away.

For those driving, the best advice is to leave the car along Warren Road, and then enjoy reaching
everything on foot when you are. Exeter Airport is reachable in just 38 minutes by car or taxi.

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Great cottage, in a good location, at the top of the lovely Rock Walk. Wonderful views over the harbour and a good sized balcony. Comfortable stay, with everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing stay the apartment was stunning. The view of the harbour was beautiful day and at night it was quite magical with all the lights.The surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing.The apartment was immaculately clean well maintained and equipped with everything you would need for a home from home experience.Great location lots of pRead morelaces to visit the local bus and taxi services are great If you dont wish to drive.The garden access was really enjoyable and saved us more time to spend enjoying the marina. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for next year before we left. Hide

Beautiful seaside themed apartment with an amazing harbour bay view, day and night. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.Short walk to bus services .We visited Brixham and Babbacombe. Had a lovely stay. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. Balcony is large and has great views-shame the weather was rubbish for our stay! Only downside is the number of steps to get to property from the Marina/main area, but that is also why you get the great view. So would only recommend for able bodied people as the steps are prettRead morey tough. Hide
