This contemporary cottage in the heart of Padstow is going to wow it's guests with incredible harbour views and stylish interiors.  Pull open your windows and you will smell the salty air and the freshly baked bread from local bakeries.  Watch the boats bobbing in the water and when you are ready it's just a few steps to the harbour where you can munch on local ice cream and fish and chips, or dine out in one of the more exclusive eateries on your doorstep. Along with the many specialised seafood restaurants Padstow is famous for (including Rick Stein's and Prawn on the Lawn) recent additions include Barnaby’s or just over the estuary at Rock, Paul Ainsworth's 'The Mariners'. Definitely worth the short trip on the ferry to admire Padstow from a distance and watch the boats sail by.

Bathroom: Thermostatic rain shower, basin, w.c., 2 pin electrical point, heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: No outdoor space. Nearest public car park is approx 400 yds. See Padstow Parking for up to date information on parking rates.

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in price; heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 200 yards. Pub: 50 yards.

I think this is the 14th accommodation we have stayed in in Padstow and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is in a super location with great views. It is so well equipped with literally everything you can think of. We really appreciated all the extras such as tea, coffee, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs etc so thoughtful. Cottage is in an amazing location. Can walk everywhere. Wonderful views, walks, pubs, restaurants. Cottage is so modern, clean and well equipped. A wonderful break and wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Mariners View was absolutely perfect in every respect ! It was beautiful furnished, ideally located with fantastic harbour views, spotlessly clean and equipped for every need and eventuality. The only downside was we had to leave the property to return home. We will definitely return.

The Mariners is such a lovely place, the perfect location and the view is beautiful. We absolutely love staying at The Mariners View for Its perfect location as the Cottage is really nice, well decorated and well designed and thought out in terms of layout. The Cottage has everything you could want or need. It has a chair by the window to sit and lRead moreook out onto the Harbour. Spare key so that you can leave one in the key box. Easy and convenient clothes hangers. It has everything, Washing Machine, Dryer, Hair Dryers, Iron and Ironing Board. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making staying here easy. We order our shopping and bring it with us, but still forget to order some things. They have literally thought of everything .. Washing Tabs, Hand Washes, Nepresso Coffee, including Decaf, instant Coffee, Tomato Ketchup, Herbs, Cooking Oil .. the list goes on. I would highly recommend the Mariners View. The location is absolutely magnificent being right on the harbour, however this does have its downsides. Beneath the property are two quite noisy bars coupled with the sound of the very noisy seagulls means you cannot keep your windows open and on hot days the cottage gets very warm. Lovely well equipped cottage in a great location, we had a great stay during half term. It was great being in central Padstow with lots of walks and the ferry to Rock we only used our car once! It was quite noisy at night, mostly from the nearby pubs. However, noise generally stopped around 11/11.30pm so wasnt a big problem. Would recommend!

I love The Mariners View. Excellent location. The Cottage is really well laid out. The owners have maximised the space. They have clearly thought of everything .. down to the finest details. Its really light and well decorated. The location being right by the Harbour means that it can be a little noisy until the pubs close and a little noisy early Read morein the morning with the Seagulls. Such a lovely property with a great view over the harbour. Lovely street and loved the stable door with easy access to town. Much thought has gone in to a guests stay and what they might need at the property. Everything we might need in the kitchen, hairdryers upstairs etc. Nice touch to add a coffee machine and teabags, wash tabs etc. We have alreRead moready recommended this property to friends if they stay in Padstow Hide
