Luxury property within walking distance of the beach. This fabulous property has been stylishly fitted and furnished to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family, with two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities virtually on your doorstep making it a great base. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course.

Dreckly is a reverse level property so full advantage can be taken of the views from the open plan living area upstairs. There are two parking spaces to the front of the property and a side gate which leads to the garden and patio. Once inside you’ll instantly notice the light, space and contemporary feel of this lovely seaside home. On the ground floor the three bedrooms have all been stylishly and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The master bedroom with en suite and the Twin bedroom benefit from having direct access to the patio and garden area, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The double bedroom at the front of the house has a vaulted ceiling which adds to the sense of space, this also has an en suite bathroom and wall mounted TV. The beautifully tiled family bathroom has a bath with rain shower over bath with attachment, basin, WC and heated towel radiator, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are cleverly housed in the laundry cupboard. There is a cosy snug room with a 43" TV and comfy sofa which is an added bonus, especially for those wanting to escape for a bit of peace and quiet!

Head upstairs and you will be welcomed by a fantastic light, bright and airy open plan living area with velux windows and large bi-fold doors opening out onto the balcony. The owners have thoughtfully added electric ceiling fans to keep you cool in the hot summer months. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge area and a large 56" Smart TV to watch your favourite films on. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted will all mod cons and has plenty of space for meal preparation and has a contemporary stylish glass dining table and comfortable seating. If you prefer to dine al fresco or BBQ in the warmer months the patio area has a large rattan dining table and chairs.

If you would like to explore further, there is so much more within easy driving distance including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly, the historic Elizabethan port town of Bideford and the Hartland Peninsular. Just a 40 minute drive down the coast with take you to the Cornish seaside town of Bude.

We were at Breckly for the May Bank Holiday heat wave . A lovely airy home with wonderful views and sea breezies every comfort provided.

Fantastic location looking out over the Burrows, the golf course and to the sea. A really clean and well managed holiday let, with extremely good housekeepers who contacted us by phone in advance, creating a friendly welcome. Would highly recommend.
