Located on a quiet country lane, backing on to a beautiful wild nature reserve and rolling fields, End Cottage is the ideal home for four, looking to escape to the countryside and enjoy the wonderful, natural surroundings. This quaint little cottage has been lovingly restored to create a warm and welcoming family holiday home, which is ideally situated to explore the glorious golden sands of the Royal Norfolk coastal paths.

End Cottage offers guests a peaceful and relaxing stay in a lovely cottage which is enveloped by a glorious mature garden. This countryside bolthole boasts two delightful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with emerald, green AGA, a cosy sitting room with roaring wood burner and a bright and airy sunroom, perfect for enjoying lazy lunches and scrumptious suppers.

Close by you can enjoy the delights of the popular market town of Holt with its wealth of independent shops, eateries and pubs making this the ideal base for your next Norfolk staycation!

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance Hall: Coats and boots storage and washing machine.
Kitchen: AGA, double electric oven with 4 ring hob, undercounter fridge and dishwasher. Stairs leading to first floor
Living Room: Comfortable seating, small Hobbit woodburner (only takes small logs), smart television with access to streaming services and round dining table with chairs.
Sunroom: Sofa, doors leading out to garden and dining table with seating. Please note the sunroom is naturally heated so may not be suitable for very cold winter snaps.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, wc and washbasin.

Outside: Enclosed mature garden, table with chairs and barbeque.
Heating: Kitchen: AGA, (Available from November to March)  double electric oven with 4 ring hob, undercounter fridge and dishwasher. Stairs leading to first floor
Parking: Off road private parking for 2 cars 

There is lockable storage for bicycles in the garage
Notes: Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. Steep stairs that are slightly narrower than usual so may not be suitable for this with limited mobility.  There is a hand rail and rope though.

A great place for exploring the coast. End Cottage is comfortable, well equipped and warm, which was just what we needed after our days out in the December weather.

End cottage is well located, living up to its name at the end of a quiet lane. Its location is excellent for exploring North Norfolk. By way of comfort and equipment its one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in and we would thoroughly recommend it.

The cottage is situated on a quiet lane. It is very comfortable and well equipped. There is a lovely big garden and you can watch the wild life from the conservatory. Ideally situated to visit the attractions in North Norfolk. Perfect for a cosy country escape.

This cottage is in a very peaceful location and is very well presented and equipped. It is also well situated for visits to the North Norfolk coast and some wonderful walks in the area.

We loved staying here in this beautiful, well equipped cottage. Its within easy reach of the coast but tucked away in a quiet spot. A real home from home, clean, comfortable beds and the owners seem to have thought of everything you might need! Highly recommend this cottage.

We have had a delightful stay here and End Cottage. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting. We enjoyed a great boat trip to see the seals. I would recommend the Kings Head to eat but you will need to book in advance. Very well appointed cottage and great hosts.
