This well equipped pet friendly property, offers something for everyone. The open plan layout is great for entertaining, whilst the separate lounge is perfect to unwind after a day of exploring. Boasting location in Padstow fishing village and views of the estuary. Robert's cottage is only a short walk to the harbour, where you can browse the local shops, restaurants and Pubs. Catch the ferry over to Rock to explore more of North Cornwall.

Kitchen/Diner: Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, Krups coffee machine. Dining table, estuary views and door to garden.
Shower room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c, heated towel rail, washer/dryer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6), wardrobe with hanging and drawers, bedside units.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), wardrobe with hanging and drawers, bedside unit.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3'), wardrobe with hanging and drawers, estuary views.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower over bath, basin, w.c, heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars. Garden with garden furniture. Garage with additional fridge/freezer which can be used for storage.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs - £25 per dog per week. Information about bringing your pet.

Although we generally enjoyed our stay, there are a few tweaks mentioned above that need to be made for us to have felt adequately catered for.

The house was generally clean and comfortable but the kitchen let it down. Enjoyed Padstow but for the money things need to be actioned.

Mostly very good. Beds comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is excellent and the parking for 2 cars is very useful. Very clean. Nice garden.

The cottage in an excellent location. It was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped there was nothing else you could need. The garden was wonderful to sit in, and so safe for our two dogs. Parking very convenient for two cars. There is nothing to fault. It made the holiday.

Lovely house within 5 minute walk to Padstow town centre. Very clean. Nice sized garden for the dogs. It was the perfect location and just right for us and our 2 dogs.

Lovely small house within easy walking distance of Padstow centre providing one can manage the fairly steep hill. Pretty little garden with a good range of furniture. Easy access to wooded area on the other side of the main town car park for local dog exercise.

We have now stayed at Roberts Cottage twice and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay on both occasions. Upon arrival the house is spotlessly clean and provides all the facilities needed. Its location is ideal for the short walk down in to Padstow or for travelling around the local area. Lovely cottage with great views down to the bay in a fab location. Nice garden for the dogs. It was our second stay at Roberts Cottage and would stay again.
