Sunny Deck is a spacious detached bungalow located in a quiet residential road within walking distance to the shops, pubs and eateries of the beautiful village of Braunton and just a short drive to the beaches of  Saunton and Croyde. The Tarka Trail is also around half a mile away so this makes Sunny Deck the perfect base for exploring the picturesque areas of North Devon and Exmoor. This beautifully kept home has a lovely lawned garden ideal for childs play or just enjoying a nice evening bbq on the raised decked area with the family. There are three good sized bedrooms, the double has an ensuite shower room and direct access to the garden, the further two bedrooms are located at the front of the property and have lovely views over the well kept front lawned area. The comfortable living room has two, three seater sofas surrounding the gas fire, and leads onto the dining area, with glass table and 6 chairs, two double patio doors lead onto the garden and a further door out to the undercover porch area which leads into the utility room with sink, outdoor wc and plenty of space for hanging up wetsuits and storing bodyboards etc. This family property has been thoughtfully decorated to a high standard throughout to create a welcoming home from home, where guests will want to return again and again.

Bedroom 3: Twin zip n link beds (option to superking on request) with wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and handbasin

Garden: Lawned with decked area with garden table and chairs and BBQ. Outdoor rack for swimsuits and wetsuits.

Parking: Driveway parking for 1 car and off street parking.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating is included in rent.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Notes - No Smoking. No pets. WiFi Provided.

Short Breaks - Available out of season - minimum of 3 nights. Arr/Dep day is Thursday.

Very well presented, clean and spacious holiday home, very well equiped with everything you need. Lovely garden to relax in after a day out. Ideally located for exploring North Devon. Highly recommend.
