This delightful property enjoys a prime location moments away from the stunning harbourfront and beaches of St Ives. Once a traditional fisherman's cottage in Downalong, 3 Wheal Dream has been redecorated throughout to take advantage of the character features of the cottage and create a comfortable retreat for up to four guests. With easy access to everything that the town has to offer and the beach just a stones' throw away, the property is perfectly located and even benefits from a private parking space in a garage.

Enter through the front door into living room with Smart TV, Blu-ray player, electric woodburner, two sofas and a window seat with sea views. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, stable door leading to courtyard. Dining table with four chairs and window facing the courtyard. Shower room with tiled walk-in shower, basin, WC.

Stairs lead up to the first floor with the two bedrooms and a convenient cloakroom. Master bedroom with 4'6" double bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobe, wash basin, window overlooking courtyard. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds, bedside units and lovely sea views. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with table and four chairs. Parking is provided for a medium-sized car in the garage beneath the property.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat:
 Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.
Pub: 0.1 ml. Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note the height of the garage is 180cm, width is 210cm and length is 610cm. Due to the beams the head height in the kitchen is restricted.

The cottage was beautiful. Museum next door was a bonus as we met the curator who told us that his grandparents, parents and he lived there in the past when they had tin baths in front of the fire. Very interesting. Views outstanding too.

The cottage was close to all amenities but not noisy at all, a quiet location. The cottage was extremely comfortable and very clean. The garage was a bonus. We would love to stay at this cottage again.

The property is perfectly situated and the garage is a huge bonus. Have to say do like the new windows. Have stayed at the property many times before. Will do again in the future for sure.

We really did enjoy 3 Wheal Dream. It was comfortable and large enough for the 3 of us. It is also nicely placed in St Ives for beaches (a choice of), walking on the coast and for the town. Will seriously consider a re-visit next year.

This is a lovely, well equipped cottage, in the perfect location for all the beaches and everything St Ives has to offer. It has the big advantage of parking, and even better still, it is just a few feet away from the sea. We loved our stay here. It was a perfect location with a beautiful view of the beach from the front bedroom. It was such a bonus to have a car space and a little garden patio (at the back) that got sun in the afternoon. You can sit and see straight through the gap at the side of the house to the sea, just lovely. It is beautiful furnished, and had Read moreeverything we needed. We cooked and the kitchen equipment there was perfect. Everything was in perfect condition. It was such a lovely holiday and I would love to come back next year. Hide
