The property has been beautifully decorated in a modern style and benefits from a spacious open plan living area featuring a cosy woodburner and a small balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic ocean. Situated right on the South West Coastal Path, the property offers private parking and is only a short walk to the picturesque harbour with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and galleries.

Dining Area: Dining table and chairs for six.
Kitchen Area: Double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
GARDEN & PARKING: Raised decking area with table, chairs, two sun loungers and sea views. Small balcony with two chairs and panoramic sea views. Private parking for one car provided with additional parking on-street.
The Lamp House and Neptune House will share an EV charger (7.4kWh charger with a Type 2 connector). Guests will be charged on a 'pay as you go' basis at a rate of 40p / kWh via an App that you will need to download. Please bring your own charge cable as this will not be supplied. Full details will be provided on arrival.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout and woodburner.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot and highchair not provided. Stairgate provided upstairs
