Newly built, detached and set within a small exclusive development in Mundesley, a wonderful property for your next stay on the Norfolk coast. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautifully bright and airy kitchen/diner, the perfect place to enjoy conversations over freshly prepared local food. Whilst a separate lounge has french doors opening into the sunroom with seating for 4 to spend quality time together taking in the environment when the weather does not permit. The sunroom has a Smart TV and also has access to the patio with views overlooking the Meadow and Beck, with Paston Windmill sitting high on the distant skyline. Rolling countryside surrounds this delightful area on the Norfolk coast, making it ideal for walkers and cyclists. Also a haven for wildlife, this area is often frequented by the likes of deer and badgers. The sandy Blue Flag beach is just an easy 10 minute stroll away from Mill Beck, where you can stop for all the traditional seaside treats or take a break at the popular Ship Inn, overlooking the sea. The ideal retreat for a set of couples or friends holidaying together, or just a couple looking for a little extra space for their next holiday. The village of Mundesley is an excellent location for a seaside holiday. Mundesley has a wonderful clean, wide beach and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Some may enjoy a dip in the sea or perhaps just the chance to relax and enjoy the view. There is a golf course driving range and skate park in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally. Historic houses, steam trains, water sports and nature reserves are all within a short drive. The Broads National Park is just a short drive away. Enjoy river trips at Wroxham, the capital of The Broads, where you can even captain a boat yourself! Set out for the day to visit numerous historical places of interest in the beautiful Cathedral City of Norwich, the Cathedral Close and Riverside Walk via the famous Elm Hill, are a must.

Our 4th visit and the house still looks as new as it was 3 years ago Each visit we find some interior additions but the upgrade of part of the patio seating into a sun room is a great bonus in cooler days

This property in a very quiet location, contains all that is required to allow a peaceful, comfortable holiday. The kitchen contains every item you could need and more.The sun room off the lounge is a great addition.

Nice quiet position and loads of utensils etc. Would be difficult to find fault and very generous with essentials such as toilet rolls, soap, dishwasher tablets etc. etc. Nice touch to leave wine, milk and cakes.

We had a fantastic week staying at Mill Beck. Such a beautiful, comfortable, modern property, well equipped with everything you would possibly need. Just a ten minute walk from a fantastic beach and a good place to stay to explore North Norfolk. We liked the quiet location and the view from the back garden. Mill Beck is in a very quiet location with everything you need, private garden perfect for our dog and there is a dog walk literally on the doorstep you can be on the beach in 10 minutes. The house is so well equipped it is a home from home and very comfortable, we would highly recommend a stay here.
