Harbour Lights is a smart stylish penthouse apartment in this recently built property only a stones throw from the harbour, swing bridge and the beach. With comfortable spacious rooms and great Abbey views you will enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday in this apartment. Fitted with all the modern conveniences such as Smart TV with Sky and a Bose speaker, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms this is the ideal property to retire to after a full day of sight seeing.

FIRST FLOOR:
Entrance hallway: Spacious hallway with all rooms leading off.
Kitchen: A bright and well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a lovely meal. Sleek modern units with built in electric oven, ceramic hob and hood over, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Enjoy breakfast at the high table with two high stools
Lounge: This spacious room is bright and airy with patio doors leading out onto the small balcony with glass and chrome balustrade. The balcony has rooftop views across to the Abbey. There is a very comfortable curved corner leather sofa where you can relax after a day walking along the beach or through the cobbled streets of Whitby.  Sit back and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with Sky and listen through the Bose speaker. There is a separate chair and coffee table with standard lamp. There is a smart wooden extending table with six chairs.

Cloakroom:  With WC, wash hand basin, heated tower rail and mirror
Bedroom: Twin beds with two beside cabinets each with a lamp, the in a TV on a small chest of drawers, a large wardrobe stool and mirror.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom: The master bedroom has a sumptuous double bed with two bedside cabinets with lamps, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers with TV and a chair. Views to the Abbey.
Ensuite:  With large curved shower cubicle, WC, and basin set in vanity unit. There is a heated towel rail and mirror.
Bedroom: Twin beds each with bedside cabinet and lamp, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, stool, mirror.
Bathroom: A panelled bath with shower over and glass shower screen, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and mirror.

Pets: 1 medium sized dog welcome.
Parking: Private designated parking in underground car park
Heating: The property is heated throughout with electric heating
Short Breaks: Accepted all year round.

We stayed for three nights in this very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped srcond-floor flat on two floors, just minutes walk away from the Swing Bridge and close to the railway and bus stations. There's a great view across to the church and ruined abbey from the lounge and master bedroom. All of the fixtures and fittings are of good quality aRead morend the furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 6 people. With three loos and two bathrooms there were no queues for the five who were staying and everywhere in the flat was clean and in good order. The kitchen is well laid-out and very well-equipped, with induction hob, oven and microwave in addition to dishwasher & large fridge/freezer. Include smart TV and TV in each room, Sky for the poor signal and a good strong wifi signal across the flat and you'll find you'll not be wanting for much. Finally, the secure underground car park is an absolute boon, as anyone who has tried to park in Whitby would appreciate. We visit Whitby at the same time every year to work & perform at a local music festival, this is the first time we've all agreed - this is the venue for our accommodation in 2025. Hide

Harbour Lights apartment is an excellent facility with all the amenities needed for a great holiday in Whitby. It's ideally located close to the middle of town. Close to both the bus and train stations and within easy walking distance to the town centre. The apartment also offers secure underground parking.

A beautifully appointed and centrally located apartment. We had a lovely break in this two storey accommodation and the underground parking is a real bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was quality equipment throughout. Id definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We were a party of four but there is plenty of room for six and good quality baby equipment. Lots of little extra touches included that show the owners care about their clients experience eg. tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen; liners under the pillow cases; thoughtfully placed mirrors andRead more hair straighteners as well as 2 hairdryers. This property is in an excellent location close to the middle of Whitby. The apartment offers everything you will need with very good appliances, cutlery and crockery. It is well maintained and comes with an underground carpark space for one vehicle. Additional free on street parking is available adjacent to the property.
