This semi-detached, family-friendly property is located just behind the dunes of beautiful Beadnell. The bay’s wonderful golden sands are perfect for a spot of sandcastle building or, for something a little more adventurous, there are several water sports on offer too. After a busy day at the beach, relax in one of the village’s lovely restaurants or pubs located within half a mile of the property. The wonderful Northumberland coastline is dotted with myriad picturesque villages and castles. Take the 5-mile drive north to the famous Bamburgh Castle or travel 8 miles south to Dunstanburgh Castle and enjoy a family-friendly cliff-top walk from Dunstanburgh Castle to Craster and sample the famous Craster kippers. For something a little livelier, Alnwick is 13 miles away. This bustling market town is home to several pubs, bistros and shops including one of Europe’s biggest second-hand bookshops – a favorite with the locals, and the famous Alnwick Castle and Gardens. 

This spacious cottage has been lovingly furnished and decorated throughout to offer a warm and welcoming retreat. Guests will enter through the hallway with plenty of storage for coats and shoes. This leads to a light-filled lounge/diner with a TV, comfortable sofas, and an open fire, perfect for staying cosy on those chillier evenings. Come together around the large dining table to enjoy a meal cooked in the separate kitchen which has all you need to rustle up everything from a hearty breakfast to a picnic lunch. The first floor encompasses the property’s three bedrooms. The first is a spacious room offering a double bed, large windows and its own TV. There is one twin and one single bedroom, both of which are tastefully styled with lovely nautical-themed touches. The three bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom.

This house is in an amazing location for walks- we did Seahouses, Bamburgh and the Newtons . Its also great for the beach, 2 mins walk , our dog loved the freedom of a good run round and in fact you can walk along the beach for miles. The front garden is also enclosed and has outdoor seating . The owners are lovely, so friendly and obliging. I messRead moreaged them about a hairdryer ( there is one) and to see if we could park if we arrived early. I wasnt asking to get into the property early as that wouldnt be fair. They were so kind and obliging, messaging back and even phoning about parking. Hide

Fabulous location and lots of space. Loved the open fire and great to have a second TV in the master bedroom.
