Comfortable in the main, but for chillier weather like us, we found the cottage rather cold (the walls were cold and didn't warm up, as if the building had been empty for months. However, if you are happy to buy lots of logs for the log burner, it can be made nice and cosy! I should say Read morethat the owner has stated she can adjust the heating remotely if asked. The photos on the website of the cottage were a little bit misleading they showed the cottage to be bigger than what it was and also it looked very remote with no other houses around but there was houses very close. We chose the cottage for the remoteness.

Loverly little cottage. Some feedback would be improving the mattress on the bed as it was quite uncomfortable and noisy. The property seemed a little foisty until the place was completely heated through via the fire as the heaters didnt seem to heat up very much. Due to the heating situation the sofa felt a little damp.
