Masham is a lovely small market town situated in the Yorkshire Dales close to the towns of Ripon and Harrogate, located in the breathtakingly beautiful region of Lower Wensleydale. Masham is famous for its family-run breweries, steam engines and annual sheep fair. If you like to explore the beautiful countryside then try one of the many great walks in the area, including the lovely Druid’s Temple walk which starts at Swinton Bivouac near Masham it is a short, easy walk with stunning views, a 200 year old stone temple to explore and a lovely cafe for a treat at the end. If you prefer sightseeing, then there are plenty of attractions and events in and around Masham to visit.
This beautiful house is set on four floors with four bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside you can sit and relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Alternatively, there are pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby if you prefer to dine out.
GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance hallway: Front door leading into the entrance hall where you will find coat hooks and a beautiful antique telephone. From here you will find through a door on the right the lounge.
Lounge: This room has a beautiful large bay window onto the street which lets in plenty of light with blinds for privacy. Stylishly furnished with a cuddle chair, sofa and further armchair giving comfortable seating for six, coffee table, Smart TV, and open fire (purely for decoration not in use) with surround for those cosy nights in. This room is extremely stylish and is a super room in which to sit and relax after a day out.
Family room: Next door to the lounge is another lovely light room with a large window facing over the rear of the property and garden. You can sit on the three seater sofa or the comfy chair and watch the TV in this room or get together and play games on the coffee table around the cosy wall mounted electric fire.
Bedroom 1: A bright and airy single bedroom with bedside drawers and side lamp, wall hooks with hanging space at the end of the bed and large window overlooking the rear of the property and garden.

Dining Room Lovely wooden dining table and eight chairs which perfectly accommodates a family get together or a celebratory meal, with open plan into the kitchen offering stylish space to relax and catch up with each other over dinner. Smart TV and sideboard.
Kitchen: A lovely light and well-equipped kitchen with rear door out onto the patio and garden. The cream units, with black work surfaces give plenty of space to prepare meals after a day exploring the countryside. You will find a larder fridge with separate small freezer in the cupboard below, halogen hob, and integrated oven, a dish washer, microwave, wine rack and coffee machine. A welcome pack is included.
Cloakroom: in the corner of the kitchen you will see a door which opens to the cloakroom with wash basin, toilet, cupboard and hanging rail, a handy addition to dry off your clothes and boots after a day’s walking or sightseeing.
