Keeping true to its name, Hafan (Welsh for Haven), is a newly refurbished coastal haven boasting a cosy log fire, spacious roof top garden and private hot tub with incredible panoramic views across Swansea Bay. The bright, contemporary kitchen has been well-equipped with modern appliances and each room has been tastefully decorated with luxurious touches. In an elevated position at the rear of the garden is the Garden Room; a private and tranquil space with flame effect fire and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to take full advantage of the far-reaching views. This really is the perfect property for friends and family that are looking to enjoy a luxurious, relaxing holiday exploring all that Mumbles and Gower has to offer.

From your doorstep you can find a plethora of local eateries, bars and independent boutiques that populate the streets of Mumbles, including Bistro Pierre (0.5 miles) and Castellamare (0.7 miles). The seafront promenade that stretches from Mumbles to Swansea Bay is just across the road from the property and boasts wonderful views across the bay and out towards Mumbles Pier. Rotherslade Bay and the Surfside Cafe are around 15 minutes' walk from Hafan where you can also amble around to the ever-popular Langland Bay. Langland is a great family friendly beach that features breath-taking cliff-top views from the coastal path, a lovely seafront brasserie, an 18-hole golf course and sandy shores lined with picturesque beach huts.

Amazing property in a fantastic location, beautifully decorated well equipped and clean throughout. The views of the bay from the bedrooms and the garden room are spectacular, we will miss having breakfast overlooking the bay. Mumbles is a really lovely seaside town with so much choice of places to visit and eat. There's loads to do without needingRead more to get in the car - Mumbles itself, Clyne Gardens, Oystermouth Castle, Bracelet bay and the coastal path plus there are bikes to hire to cycle to Swansea along the lovely flat promenade. Within driving distance there are all the beautiful beaches of the Gower, we had two great days at Caswell Bay and Rhossili Bay. We will be back I'm sure. Hide

The house was perfect for a family of 8, with lots of space and excellent facilities. We were impressed with the cleanliness and constant availability of the hot tub and the comfortable Garden Room at the top of the property. House is absolutely amazing, even better than it looks in the pictures. We were there over new year and it was lovely and warm. Amazingly located with restaurants galore on your doorstep. Bedrooms are lovely, bathrooms are very luxurious and kitchen / living room space is a great place to eat and relax. House is absolutely mega!

Lovely property for 8 adults + baby. Hot tub and sun room is raised at back of garden, we took turns to enjoy an evening session with a great view of the bay.

The house was beautiful inside and out and gave us a sense of space while on holiday. External views amazing and the hot tub and summer house were the star of the show. Working external lighting on the deck and stairs would be advantageous and make it a five star property.
