Notice the maximalist decor throughout, making the most of the high ceilings and large sash windows with the heavy drapes and many chandeliers adding elegance and grandeur. Go down the stairs to the lower ground floor and you will discover a well-equipped open plan kitchen dining room. What a great space; it's easy to imagine good food with drink and conversation flowing into the night around the large table surrounded by eight comfortable chairs. There is also a wall mounted TV and SONOS sound system for your enjoyment.

Relaxing Bar Area: With another Queen Anne armchair ideal for relaxing and even dozing in, a fabulous high-backed chair, comfy alcove bench and coffee table. Here you have a well-equipped bar area with an array of glasses, small sink, glass fronted wine and bottle fridge and icemaker. The perfect place to mix a cocktail after a long day in Whitby.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen: Large well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and granite work surfaces, built-in double electric oven with grill, five ring gas hob with hood over, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, SMEG Juicer, SONOS sound system, sash window looking out onto the small garden and plenty of storage.
