If you're after a bit of retail therapy, the 'Top Shops' of Mumbles are just a short drive from the property as well as a variety of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The location is, of course, unbeatable. But one should add to that the pleasure of staying in a tastefully furnished/decorated, well equipped and impeccably maintained flat.

Caswell Bay is a hidden gem as are the fabulous views from the Redcliffe apartments. I found the journey from the front car park to the apartment on the top floor testing, however I am in my mid 80s and suffer with asbestosis and arthritis. We found the local populace very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to an apartment on the 1st lRead moreevel. Hide

Location is amazing as the views are breathtaking. But the apartment is better on description than in person and what the gist book states! The cooker and hob is complicated and even following the instructions unusable. The bed looks very nice but is all lumpy and hard to sleep on and is not a king size bed as stated, not worth paying almost 1000 aRead mores I have stayed for less in one of your properties Hide

"An exceptional luxury top floor Redcliffe Apartment" We agree that the views and location were truly absolutely stunning - as advertised and what we had hoped for. Sadly we were really disappointed with the presentation of the apartment. Although the linen and towels provided were good, the overall cleanliness of the rest of the accommodation wRead moreas very poor. Not the luxury we had expected and had of course paid for. Great location, will return. No lift and access makes loading and unloading a little challenging for carrying etc, for less mobile folk.

This flat was exactly as expected from the description. Those 32 stairs are a breeze so long as you have no real difficulty in walking. Plenty of cleaning materials were provided and the place was beautifully clean with comfortable bedding and sofas. I was surpirsed how much storage space was available in the bedroom for clothing, and also in the bRead moreathroom. There are cafe facilities at that beach below the accommodation and we enjoyed the walks from there. I enjoyed the location and hope to revisit next year. I can recommend this accommodation and there was no issues at all in the deposit refund. Hide

Stunning view and sofas strategically placed to enjoy it but the minimalist apartment lacks the comforts needed. The lack of an adequate dining table, oven, and a weak shower flow plus no balcony furniture does not justify the high rental price.

The views from the property are breathtaking with excellent access to the beach! Ideal for relaxing for any getaway visit. The sound of the sea is such a good back drop to sit and while away the hours! The property is very reasonable in both size and comfort, especially suitable for couples and fits in perfect with the splendour of Caswell Bay. Superb apartment with a stunning view of Caswell Bay. Accommodation comfortable and very well equipped, plus car parking on site. A perfect location for coastal walking. We can't wait to revisit !

The kitchen equipment was a bit lacking for the cooking equipment. Basic cleanliness was okay but the apartment could do with a deep clean. Eg skirting boards. As requested stripped the bedding to notice stained duvet. Shower unit needs a deep clean and shower drain cover was full of scum and hair.Entrance gates definitely need sorting this wouldRead more stop non residents parking in the car park. Hide
